We have a very personal practice. Parents are welcome to come and visit while patients are being cared for in our open bay clinical area. We love hearing about all the interesting activities and travels of our active families. We pride ourselves on close communication to make sure you and your dentist understand your treatment plan. Before your treatment begins, we will use our computer simulation software to illustrate to you the treatment goals and objectives as well as show you similar treatment results. In the middle of your treatment we will review your treatment progress with you and show the amazing changes that are taking place.

Because orthodontic treatment typically lasts two years, continuing regular dental visits is critical to maintaining good oral health and is essential for successful treatment results. This is where communication with your dentist is so important. Our online network allows Dr. Charoenkul to share your orthodontic records with you and your dentist to convey the dental and skeletal treatment objectives. Close communication between dentists should be particularly important to adult patients (who often have unique dental needs) to ensure that all adjunct treatments before, during and after orthodontic movements are well coordinated.

We are devoted to patient service. Our job is to help you understand your treatment and coordinate your treatments in other offices. Our Financial Coordinator will help you get your maximum insurance benefits, submit insurance claims on your behalf, and work with you to create your individual financing options. As a patient in our office, you’ll receive appointment reminders by e-mail and/or phone and have full access to your financial accounts, appointment histories and orthodontic records. Through our online services, you’ll be able to track the progress of your treatment.

Our clinical staff is experienced at providing the highest standards in orthodontic care, and each member has a rich background in orthodontics. As a group, we attend continuing education to make sure we are current with the latest technologies and standards. Dr. Charoenkul attends monthly orthodontic meetings and regularly attends national seminars to ensure that he is on top of the latest developments in the field.
